My name is noula diamantopoulos and I am a Holistic Coach, Psychotherapist, Facilitator of Creativity, and the Director of The Corporate Buddha.
If this sounds too “out there” for you, then I would encourage you to read the book Search Inside yourself. You can read a quick summary of this book here.
The book covers elements of what I do. Just add ‘imagination’ into the mix and you are getting even closer to what the Corporate Buddha is about.
“What if people can use contemplative practices to help them succeed in life and at work? In other words, what if contemplative practices can be made beneficial both to people’s careers and to business bottom lines?” – Chade-Meng Tan
For each program I create, I pull in teachings from many sources. In the middle of an Effective Listening program, you might find I will introduce concepts from The Power of Now, perhaps a comment from His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Maslow might have something to say as well as Covey, Dyer, Picasso and a teaching from a five year old!
And the program is fully integrated, connecting with the many parts of you in an exceptionally fun and all rounded way. The programs have a long lasting impact because you are given a chance to explore and experience every purposeful message that was delivered to you within the program.
How? Each participant takes away a resource pack full to the brim with lists of books to read or listen to, recommended DVDs to watch, meditations, journaling or drawing exercises, short articles to read on topics relevant to the program you attended and more.
Let me spark your heart open, and if its already open, let me expand it.
