A 5 week Personal Development program where you will be introduced to the offerings of our planet’s most respected teachers, and discover how you can become the best you. Yoga For Your Brain is an experiential, resourceful (lots of handouts), fun (we may role play!) insightful and definitely a neurological workout course.
We will explore a myriad of different creative tools to get your mind and soul working together – including journalling, learning meditation, and delving into books & videos by teachers such as Eckhart Tolle, Wayne Dyer, Daniel Millman, Deepak Chopra, Tal Ben-Shahar, Abraham Maslow, Don Miguel Ruiz, Stephen Covey, Martin Seligman, Ken Wilbur, Rumi… and more!
Our classes will be guided by these great thinkers, who all have one intention – to help us live a purposeful life. The resources we explore are all practices that you will be able to integrate into your personal and workplace life – and they tools that will guide you to reduce stress, manage change, and understand your process in relationships & decision making.
Yoga For Your Brain is an opportunity for you to engage in a truly unique personal development program, as no two Yoga For Your Brain courses are run the exactly the same way. If you have enjoyed one then you can enrol in another 5 week session knowing it will be unique!
